We encourage edible plants, fragrance, four seasons of interest, drought and water tolerance, disease and pest hardiness, and healthy soils.
We look for high quality materials, as well as opportunities for recycling, such as using rubble concrete for retaining walls and patios. We focus on the principles of placing the right plant in the right place, where it will thrive maximally with the minimal care.
